A Celebration for Groups of Friends + Creative Networking

Email to your photos of a group of your friends at a previous Harvest Noir so we can include you in this slideshow!

Attended by 5,000 guests to date, Harvest Noir is an unparalleled night of entertainment, networking and socializing – a must-attend event for cultural creatives and professionals in Ottawa-Gatineau and across the country.

You’ll want to bring your friends – all of them. Harvest Noir is specially designed for guests to host an extravagant, daring mini-party of their friends (or family) within the larger party for a magical evening of laughter, entertainment, dining, and dancing.

The easiest way to convene a group of friends to attend Harvest Noir is to become a Table Captain, or invite a friend to become one – perhaps that “social butterfly” you know? The Table Captain is the most important role for this style of participatory event. The only way to attend Harvest Noir at the Group Ticket discounted rate ($10 cheaper than Individual Tickets) is to receive a coveted invitation from a Table Captain.

Another great way to get your friends involved is to JOIN the Official Facebook Event for Harvest Noir and invite your friends to the page.

Table Captains are recommended to invite a minimum of 7 guests, so that we do not have to seat other guests at your table, but there is no maximum – invite as many guests as you like! Harvest Noir is all about having a fantastic evening with friends, so to encourage large groups of friends to gather and celebrate together, we will once again be awarding several awesome prizes to the lucky Table Captains with the largest number of guests at their table.

Note also that if your friends cannot join you for the picnic, we do sell tickets JUST to the after-party – so they could join you for the dancing portion of the evening.

Thank you for helping make this wonderful event a reality, and brightening up Ottawa’s cultural scene!
